Membership guarantee
We guarantee you'll save at least the cost of your annual membership in your first 12 months.
If your eligible savings are less than your annual membership fee, we'll refund the difference.
Terms & conditions
To qualify for the Membership Guarantee, you must:
- Complete at least four separate hotel stays within your first 12 months of membership.
- Each stay must be a minimum of two consecutive nights.
- Bookings must be made through the membership platform and comply with the membership terms.
- Eligible savings include savings on hotel bookings together with the value of applicable membership benefits, including tier benefits such as airport lounge access, cashback earned and any other eligible benefits, as calculated by us.
- Savings are calculated over the first 12 months from your membership start date.
- The guarantee applies only to the annual membership fee paid for your current membership tier.
